Added ejabberd

I spent some time working out ejabberd, I dunno how well it's done. I seem to remember we're meant to use SRV files or something? And connecting to my account from profanity gives me a weird error about tls.
but it works I think? I did discover I could GET email and mail.nylan.cat last night, but i can't send mail from it. I assume i broke the smtp config somewhere. I can send it locally with mail, but not via the alps interface.
More work to be done figuring this stuff out I guess!
