Trying a new hosting style

I've hosted a lot of stuff over the years, tried all sorts of things to make them run nice and smooth.
I've used other peoples services, I've used my own home made stuff, I've struggled and I've gotten bored.
I want to try setting up random things just as lightweight as I can.
This one has email setup already! How's that? I sorta want to throw an IRC server just to test it.
Maybe radicale? Gemini and Gopher probably? We'll see.
